The problem with the Birds-Dinosaurs theory is the issue of “If the Ancestor of Dinosaurs X and Y has feathers, do X and Y have it?” - this is why every single raptor, even the big ones, has feathers now, and why soon your Triceratops will be having quills down their tails. This isn’t a positive rule though, because Dilong had feathers and Tyrannosaurus has confirmed skin imprints. Yet some paleontologists do believe Tyrannosaurus might’ve had some feathers.

My honest belief? They’ve been extinct for sixty-five million years. We’ll never know exactly what they were like, and we shouldn’t be assy about accuracy as long as nobody’s being downright stupid about it. (i.e. a Tyrannosaurus with giant arms, tiny feet and a crocodile head and wings)
